On Friday, March 7, 2014 of Greenbelt, MD. Beloved son of the late Edgar G. and Myrtle C. Felten of Duluth, Minnesota. Loving brother of John C. (Dottie) Felten of Lakewood Ohio. Cherished uncle of three nephews and one niece and their children. James earned his Doctorate at Cornell University and was an educator at University of Maryland and University of Arizona. He was a Research Astrophysicist at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD, and served at many locations around the world.
