On February 13, 2016 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Irene M. Cratty; father of Mike Cratty, Chuck Cratty, Jim, Chip (Julie) and Dan (Amy) Cratty. Brother of Betty Pollitte, Buster Cratty and Bud Cratty. Grandfather of Ryan, Sean, Jeremy, James, Jonathan, Alicyn, Zach, Summer, Kaylin and Devin. Great grandfather of Rylee, Olivia, Lacy and Ethan. He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Cratty, Jr., granddaughter Sarah, a sister, Barbara Squillante and a brother, Jack Cratty. Friends may call at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Tuesday, February 16th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church, 5205 43rd Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Wednesday, February 17th at 10 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
